Originally from Vermont, I graduated from the Wellness Massage Center and Institute in 2019 and moved to Wilmington in 2020 for family and warmer climates. Transitioning from a cook to a massage therapist after personal health improvements, I specialize in neck and shoulder relief through traction, deep tissue, and stretching. I'm trained in myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and certified in prenatal care, reiki, hot stones, and cupping. I combine Swedish and deep tissue techniques, customizing sessions to your needs for a balanced, relaxing experience.

Megan Lewis, LMBT has been licensed in massage in North Carolina since October 18, 2018. She went to an Esalen style school in Nashua, New Hampshire, which focuses on somatics and treating the person as a whole. She achieved her Associate’s in Holistic Health and Wellness in 2017 and took her state board in 2018 after moving back to NC.

She gives a wonderful relaxing Swedish massage but is also capable of more therapeutic massage. Some modalities within her scope of practice include; Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage, Reflexology, and Lomi Lomi, as well as Thai Table Massage.
